Internal Heath Check (The Mind)

(Practical) readjustment to the Mind of Christ - Its not difficult to work out when we run an internal heath check to say well what's going on in my internal thought life?

Pause relax sit on a chair put an empty chair opposite you and imagine its you sitting there what do you see inside? Just use the imagination God has given you in these brief moments

As you see inside ask yourself is it positive or is it negative? If its positive its from God because as St Paul said 'everything' in Him is Yes and Amen if its negative its simply from the enemy (the thief comes to kill and destroy lie, steal, deprecate, accuse and deceive etc.)
